New Mexico Dept. of Agriculture warns of feed recalls in nearby states

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA) has issued an advisory. They’re warning of feed products recalled in nearby states.

According to NMDA, 11 recalled feed products were distributed in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. The department wants to warn New Mexico livestock owners about the products in case they purchased them.

See the recalled products below:

Seniorglo horse feed in 50-pound bags, displaying lot number 505426QN – distributed between Jan. 24, 2024, and Feb. 1, 2024. (May cause weight loss, weakness, and listlessness.)

MoorMan’s ShowTec Sale Burst swine feed with DF DEN in 50-pound bags, displaying lot number 506664QN – distributed between Feb. 16, 2024, and March 1, 2024. (May cause reduced feed intake, increased thirst, and diarrhea.)

MoorMan’s ShowTec Burst Starter swine feed with DF CTC/DEN in 50-pound bags, displaying lot number 506640QN – distributed between Feb. 16, 2024, and March 1, 2024.

MoorMan’s ShowTec BB 18 BMD swine feed in 50-pound bags, displaying lot number 506939QN – distributed between Feb. 16, 2024, and March 1, 2024.
