Albuquerque man accused of deadly street racing crash held behind bars

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A 20-year-old who admitted to street racing before getting into a deadly crash last month will be held through trial. Isaiah Sena pled not guilty to a homicide by vehicle charge in front of Judge Lucy Solimon on Tuesday morning. The state asked for Sena to be locked up citing his previous traffic violations.


Santa Fe man pleads guilty in 2021 deadly police chase

Sena’s lawyer pointed out her client’s careless driving charge was dismissed. Judge Solimon granted the state’s motion meaning Sena will be held through his trial.
