Albuquerque police arrests teen accused of shooting at officers

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department has arrested a teen they say is connected to a recent police shooting. Police say on March 29, 18-year-old Alijah Archuleta shot at his girlfriend’s home. Police say the next day he returned to the home armed.


Man accused of killing NMSP officer pleads not guilty to federal charges

Police approached the home near Coors and 59th St. when they said shots were fired. No one was injured and Archuleta fled from officers. He is facing several charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting from a motor vehicle.
