AMD FSR 3 Debuts Soon on Consoles in Immortals of Aveum; Frame Pacing Improvements, HDR Coming to PC, Too

Over six months ago, independent developer Ascendant Studios promised to bring AMD FSR 3 to the console versions of Immortals of Aveum. No console game so far includes any frame generation technique, making this a world-first. After a fairly long time spent in total silence on the subject, Ascendant Studios has now told Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry that in just a few weeks, it will release the 1.0.6.4 patch with AMD FSR 3’s frame generation component for consoles.
