RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Early voting begins Wednesday, March 27, for the Rio Rancho City Council runoff elections in District 1 and District 6.
District 1 runoff will be between Jim Owen and Deborah Dapson. District 6 will be between Nicole Dahn and Edward Lynn Paulsgrove. The city council races headed to a runoff after none of the candidates received a majority of the votes cast, as required by the city. Early voting will end on April 6. The official election day is April 9.
