Roxana Nemeș s-a mutat de puțin timp în casă nouă și a făcut un tur al vilei în care locuiește. Vedeta a muncit la acest proiect timp de un an și jumătate, iar locuința a ieșit așa cum își dorea.
Roxana Nemeș și-a achiziționat o vilă în Băneasa, iar acum a făcut un house tour pentru a arăta celor care o urmăresc pe rețelele de socializare cum arată locuința ei. Vedeta și soțul ei, Călin Hagima, au investit 1 milion de euro în casa lor, potrivit unica.ro. Până acum, cei doi au locuit într-un apartament din București.
„Faptul că am făcut-o verde și smart. Adică am pus panouri solare, puțuri, încălzire în pardoseală, pompe de căldură, iluminat led. În plus, toate device-urile din casă sunt pe telefon”.

Vila are două etaje și este foarte spațioasă. La parter se află garajul, un living, o baie, bucătăria și o terasă închisă, cu ieșire către piscină. La etaj, aceștia au amenajat un birou cu baie, două dormitoare, fiecare cu baie proprie. Dormitorul lor este legat de dressingul lui Călin, după care se află și baia.

„Am vrut ca fiecare cameră să aibă dressingul și baia ei”
Roxana Nemeș e căsătorită de doi ani cu Călin Hagima. Cei doi au fost foarte ocupați cu casa visurilor lor. Într-un interviu pentru OK! Magazine, vedeta a spus ce modificări au făcut în locuința pe care o achiziționaseră.
„Casa, atunci când am cumpărat-o, era foarte bine construită, spre surprinderea noastră. Doar că am vrut noi s-o facem mai spațioasă. Am mai modificat-o, ne-am făcut un fel de living al dormitorului, care va fi camera de relaxare, cu jacuzzi, leagăn și alte piese de genul acesta. Am gândit și camera copilului, că noi îl așteptăm și trebuie să pregătim totul. O facem pe alb și când vom afla dacă este băiat sau fată o s-o colorăm.
Am vrut ca fiecare cameră să aibă dressingul și baia ei. Apoi, ne-am întrebat: păi cum, avem un teren atât de mare și nu ne facem și-o piscină? Suntem aproape gata cu reconstrucția. Suntem la stadiul de montat uși, geamuri, gresie, faianță, parchet. Călin, soțul meu, este mai implicat în toată treaba asta, pentru că se pricepe mai bine. Dar în ceea ce ține de mobilă și decorațiuni m-am implicat și eu foarte tare. Până când va veni copilul, acesta este cel mai important proiect al nostru”, a spunea vedeta.
