The first of three rounds of Knotfest Australia 2024 went ahead yesterday. Hard rock and heavy metal bands took over Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse, and hordes of fans joined them for an epic day.
Knotfest Australia 2024 – co-headlined by groove metal pioneers Pantera and rockers Disturbed – continues tomorrow (23 March) and Sunday (24 March) at Sydney’s Centennial Park and Brisbane’s Showgrounds, respectively.
As well as the headliners, the line-up boasts a wicked list of international bands, including Lamb Of God, Halestorm, Skindred, Asking Alexandria, Wage War, Brand Of Sacrifice, The Hu, and Escape The Fate. Local acts on the line-up are renowned acts like Thy Art Is Murder and King Parrot, as well as buzzy up-and-comers SPEED and Windwaker.
