ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) said homicide detectives are investigating a shooting. It happened on Thursday night.
APD said there was a shooting in the 500 block of Bellamah Ave NW between 5th Street and 6th Street. The ShotSpotter was activated around 11:31 p.m., and someone called about shots in the area. Officers found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital but died.
