The My Hero Academia watch order is difficult to work out, as it is confusing even for fans of the anime. While you can more or less watch all of the seasons in a row without too many problems, the numerous OVAs, movies, and special episodes for the series are placed in different parts of the timeline. This can make it tough to piece together how to watch MHA in chronological order, especially if you are a returning fan who wants to catch up before the start of a new season. Luckily, we’ve put them all in one handy list so you don’t have to.

Season 7 (Ongoing)

We will update this list as My Hero Academia continues to move forward. According to creator Kohei Horikoshi, the MHA manga is in its final arc and will finish eventually. But until then, we’ve got at least a few seasons to look forward to before that happens.

At the time of writing, My Hero Academia is heading into Season 7, which will premiere on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 2:30 AM PT / 5:30 AM ET on Crunchyroll. This seventh season will have 25 episodes that will air on a weekly basis, and it will be separated into two cours.

If you have already watched all six seasons of the main show and the majority of the OVAs and movies, then we suggest that you look into watching My Hero Academia: Memories. It’s a four-part series that provides a brisk recap of what has happened in the story thus far, so you don’t have to watch the entire series all over again.

Where to watch and stream My Hero Academia in order

Crunchyroll will be where you want to go to watch and stream My Hero Academia for the most part, though some OVAs and movies will need to be found elsewhere.

The Crunchyroll streaming service has the first six seasons of the anime in full as well as the Two Heroes movie. And as we mentioned, it will air the seventh season and has the My Hero Academia: Memories limited series.

That said, some of the OVAs on the list are difficult to find as far as an official source is concerned. The movie Heroes Rising can be found on various platforms, including Starz, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more. The movie World Heroes’ Mission is available on a smaller pool of platforms, but it still includes Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and YouTube.
