Created by modder ‘CnRJay’, his 4K “High-Res VFX” and “High-res Tattoos” texture packs use AI upscaling to vastly enhance the game’s standard visual effects and tattoos on characters. “I have gone through an upscaled every single VFX texture to 4K”, the modder writes.
