The Egghead Island Arc has been pretty intense ever since it started. Despite the first few episodes being a bit slow, the narrative was building up the foundation for the main events that are currently happening. Earlier, Luffy used the Gear 5 form as he took on Lucci in a highly anticipated fight. The difference in their power wasn’t noticeable until Luffy entered Gear 5. The chaos afterward was nothing less than entertaining as he defeated Lucci.
However, the focus of events has now shifted towards Vegapunk since Bonney seems to harbor some negative emotions towards the man. Ahead of One Piece episode 1103‘s release this week, a promotional trailer has been dropped, which hints at Bonney’s conflicting opinions on Vegapunk.

One Piece episode 1102 started with a hilarious entry from Kuma. He soared through the sky before crashing into the Red Line’s base. Vegapunk revealed to Sanji’s group that the World Government was after him due to his high intelligence. Moreover, they would prefer to kill him rather than face him as their opponent.
Luffy and his group arrived at the Labophase, where Atlas was taken care of quickly after what happened in the previous episode. Meanwhile, Bonney was searching for the doctor with a metal pipe in her hand. Lucci was also determined to finish the mission and decided to disobey the Navy’s orders.
