The role of former WWE Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns in the Bloodline storyline following WrestleMania 40 has been revealed. At WWE WrestleMania 40, Reigns lost his WWE Undisputed Championship to Cody Rhodes. Reigns had held the title for a record-breaking 1316 days, making him the longest-reigning champion of the modern era.

After losing at WWE WrestleMania 40, reports emerged that Roman Reigns would take a hiatus from WWE. While on hiatus, Reigns fans witnessed a significant shake-up in the Bloodline last week on WWE SmackDown as Solo Sikoa introduced Tama Tonga and attacked Jimmy Uso. However, Reigns is not actively involved in the Bloodline storyline at present, though reports suggest he will still contribute to the faction.

According to WrestleVotes, Roman Reigns is on leave from WWE programming. Meanwhile, he will have creative input for the Bloodline storyline over the upcoming months.

I’m told that although Roman Reigns will be off TV for an indefinite period of time, he will still have substantial creative input in the evolving Bloodline storyline over the course of the next few months.

Following Solo Sikoa’s actions last week on WWE SmackDown, it appears that Sikoa is assuming the role of Tribal Chief. It will be interesting to see if this leads to the reunion of Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso in the future.

Roman Reigns spotted filming amid WWE hiatus

Roman Reigns, who lost his WWE Undisputed Championship at WWE WrestleMania 40, was recently seen on a movie set. Reigns made his Hollywood debut back in 2019 when he played a role in the Fast and Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw. In the movie, Reigns portrayed one of Hobbs’ Samoan brothers.

Reigns’ WWE hiatus has left fans uncertain about his return to WWE TV. However, actress and singer Lauren Keke Palmer recently shared a photo shoot on her Instagram story, revealing that she included Roman Reigns in the upcoming production, indicating his participation.

Reports revealed that Roman is currently filming a ‘heist comedy’ alongside Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer, and Pete Davidson. It appears that the Tribal Chief’s hiatus from the company is a result of his Hollywood projects. Reigns seems to be following in the footsteps of his cousin, The Rock.
