Schrack Technik Romania, the subsidiary of the Austrian group Schrack Technik GMBH, a player in the low-voltage electrical equipment market, has kicked off the investment of over 15,000,000 Euros in the construction of a new logistics and office center, the company announced.
The project involves a warehouse of 5,500 m.p. (with the possibility of storing more than 5,000 pallets) and an office space of 3,500 m.p., level P+2. The buildings will be located in Domnești, Ilfov, Hornbach Militari commercial area. The purchased land has 31,454 m.p.
Schrack argues that the need to build this logistics center is based “on the exceptional financial results of recent years (approximately 36,000,000 euros in 2023), the large number of products sold, the increased number of direct customers (over 4,800 from year to year) as well as the background of the very high turnover of daily parcels”.
