SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The National Park Service is searching for a man from Santa Fe, New Mexico, who went missing at Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona.
The NPS said a champagne 2001 Toyota Tacoma belonging to Thomas L. Robison, 58, was found abandoned at Lees Ferry, within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, on April 21. Officials believe Robison may have attempted to travel down the Colorado River with his Welsh corgi on a self-made wooden raft.
Robinson is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes, the park service said. His dog is 11 years old and weighs 25 pounds, NPS said.
Anyone who may have seen Robison is asked to contact Grand Canyon Dispatch at 928-638-7805.
