ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Letter carriers and the United States Postal Service are once again teaming up to hold the annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. The event is this Saturday and is the largest single-day food drive in the country with thousands of communities participating including 19 here in New Mexico. This is to help raise food for local hunger-relief organizations.
If you want to help, just fill a sturdy bag or box with non-perishable food and leave it next to your mailbox on Saturday before your usual mail delivery. For more information on the program, click this link.
