You can start reading Chapter 26 of the manga after watching the Tomodachi Game anime. Episode 12 adapts until Chapter 25. That would also be equivalent to Volume 6 of the manga, which has Chapters 23 to 27.
Tomodachi Game is a shonen manga series by Mikoto Yamaguchi and Yuki Sato. Kodansha began serializing the manga in their Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in December 2013. There are currently 24 volumes available in Japanese.
The series has had a TV drama adaptation and two live-action movie adaptations. The first season of the anime adaptation premiered in April 2022. Okuruto Noboru produced the anime adaptation. It is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
