MBC dropped a new set of still cuts from its upcoming K-drama, The Brave Yong Soo-Jung. The drama features Uhm Hyun-Kyung, Seo Joon-Young, and Kwon Hwa Woon in the lead roles. Helmed by the directors Lee Min-Soo and Kim Mi-Sook and penned by Choi Yeon-Geol, it is a romance-revenge drama. Furthermore, the new pictures hint at the intense plot.
The storyline revolves around Yong Soo-Jung’s life, who wants to become a successful businesswoman. On the other hand, Yeo Eui-Joo is a hardworking man from a poor family. And there’s Joo Woo-Jin, the heir of the Masung Group and Soo-Jung’s love interest. How their lives get intertwined in the K-drama and what happens to the characters will be unfolded in May 2024.
The Brave Yong Soo-Jung photos tease a tense plot
MBC released pictures of the characters from The Brave Yong Soo-Jung on their Instagram handle. The first photo shows Uhm Hyun-Kyung, who is playing Yong Soo-Jung, looking worried after getting a phone call. She exudes beauty while giving a tense expression. In the second image, Yeo Eui-Joo (Seo Joon-Young) looks surprised. He is also holding a phone in his hand. So, were they on a call, and did they find something out? Well, the viewers will know when the drama premieres.
In the third picture, Im Joo-Eun has a serious expression. She is seen wearing a checked shirt while flaunting her curled locks; she exudes a different avatar. The last photo is probably saved for the best. Kwon Hwa-Woon, playing Joo Woo-Jin, stands firmly with a gun in his hand. What does he have in mind? Why is he carrying a huge gun? The viewers are quite excited to see what the drama The Brave Yong Soo-Jung has in store for them.
The Brave Yong Soo-Jung is gearing up for its premiere on May 6, 2024, at 7 p.m. KST on MBC.
