HBO Max‘s new TV and movie releases for April 15-21 2024 include Conan O’Brien’s new documentary series, Conan O’Brien Must Go, and the films Homefront and Men.
Starting April 18th, HBO Max viewers can start streaming Conan O’Brien’s new documentary series Conan O’Brien Must Go. The show follows former late-night host Conan O’Brien as he travels to various countries such as Norway, Thailand, Argentina, and Ireland to meet fans who had previously featured in video calls on his podcast, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend. O’Brien will also be shown engaging with the local cultures of the places he visits.
Also on the 18th, viewers can stream the action-thriller Homefront, directed by Gary Fleder and written by Sylvester Stallone. The movie’s story follows an ex-DEA agent who comes into conflict with a notorious drug lord. He must then protect his daughter after she inadvertently becomes involved in the conflict.
Another release on the 18th is Men, a folk horror film written and directed by Alex Garland. The movie’s story follows a widow who travels on holiday to a countryside village. However, she soon finds herself troubled by strange men roaming the countryside.
Also releasing on HBO Max during this week is Season 4 of 90 Day Pillow Talk: The Single Life. This reality series features 90-Day Fiance favorites watching episodes of 90 Day: The Single Life from their homes and providing commentary on them. There’s also An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th. This documentary explores the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and its connection to anti-government sentiment.
