HBO Max‘s new TV and movie releases for May 6-12 2024 include Pretty Little Liars: Summer School, Nikki Glaser: Someday You’ll Die, and the A24 sports drama biopic The Iron Claw.
On May 9, Thursday, HBO Max subscribers can stream Pretty Little Liars: Summer School. This is the follow-up season to 2022’s Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin. The series is set within the same continuity as the original Pretty Little Liars series, which ran on television between 2010 and 2016. It features an ensemble cast that includes Bailee Madison, Malia Pyles, Maia Reficco, Mallory Bechtel, Sharon Leal, Elena Goode, Eric Johnson, Alex Aiono, and Lea Salonga.
Then on May 10, viewers can catch A24’s The Iron Claw on HBO Max. The film is a biographical sports drama directed by Sean Durkin. The acclaimed story revolves around the wrestling careers of the Von Erich family and the series of personal tragedies that plagued them. Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, and Harris Dickinson star as the three main protagonists Kevin Von Erich, Kerry Von Erich, and David Von Erich alongside a supporting cast that includes Maura Tierney, Michael J. Harney, Holt McCallany, and Lily James.
Finally on May 11, Nikki Glaser: Someday You’ll Die arrives on HBO Max. This is an hour-long comedy special where Nikki Glaser dives deep into topics like having children, aging, sexual fantasies, and plans for death, all through a comedic lens.
Other HBO Max releases this week include OutDaughtered Season 10. This is a reality series about two parents raising one elder daughter and five younger quintuplets. Additionally, there’s In Pursuit with John Walsh Season 5, which focuses on John Walsh and his son Callahan. Moreover, it features unsolved time-sensitive cases that are very urgent in an attempt to get the public on their feet and find justice.
