Invisible Heroes 5K run/walk recognizes medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is the world’s largest and oldest association for medical imaging technologists and radiation therapists. To support those workers, the group is holding the Invisible Heroes 5K Run and Walk.


Best of Chips and Salsa Competition comes to Albuquerque

The run/walk will be Saturday, May 18 beginning in the Believers Center of Albuquerque parking lot. The event recognizes and raises awareness for the role that medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals play. All participants will receive a t-shirt and finisher medals. The 5K run and walk begins at 9 a.m. There will also be a Kids K event beginning at 10 a.m. For more information and to register for the event, click here.
