“Australia’s hottest rock cruise”, Rock The Boat, will return in October 2025 for a mega festival event starring your favourite local rockers. Yesterday, the festival reminded punters of an Early Bird ticketing deal that would result in a considerable discount.
Headlined by Australian rock royalty Jimmy Barnes and James Reyne, the festival also stars Ian Moss, Daryl Braithwaite, The Angels, Russell Morris, Glenn Shorrock & Brian Cadd, Mahalia Barnes, Chocolate Starfish, Thirsty Merc, Sarah McLeod, and more.
Rock The Boat also hosts a bunch of tribute shows, including Lennon: Give Peace A Chance ft Steve Balbi, Don’t Change – Ultimate INXS, Dirty Deeds, Yacht Rock Revival, The 80’s Rock Show, The Buddy Holly Show, and more. You can check out the full line-up below.
2000+ punters will embark on the Carnival Luminosa ship on Sunday, 19 October, before journeying for “Fun Days” across the sea on Monday, 20 and Tuesday, 21 October. On Wednesday, 22 October, the cruise arrives in Noumea, New Caledonia, before entering Mare, New Caledonia, on Thursday, 22 October.
On Friday (23 October) and Saturday (24 October), the Carnival Luminosa ship returns to sea for its Fun Days before travelling back to Sydney on Sunday, 25 October.
In addition to announcing the line-up and dates, Rock The Boat 2025 is offering an Early Bird sale that buyers will certainly want to consider. Punters can purchase Early Bird tickets for a limited time and save up to $1,000 per cabin.

“SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – Presenting ROCK THE BOAT 2025!! Sailing: 19th-26th October 2025,” the band began.
“Early bird deals are now on with $500 per cabin discount plus an additional $500 cashback discount if paying in full at the time of booking (T’s and C’s apply).
“This will sell out fast so don’t delay, join us for this ‘bucket-list’ rock voyage in 2025.”
