Today we closed our first sprint and had spring review and retrospective meetings and finalised some valuable decisions for our next sprints.
As a developers of the team, we managed to work in Mob programming method since there were few inexperienced newbies. Though, we could complete most of the tasks of our sprint within the sprint and newbies could learn and experience new technologies, we could identify that Mob programming is not suitable for kind of complex and tight scheduled sprints because it uses man hours of no of people to complete one task.
Then we discussed and changed our development method to pair programming then we can continue development as pairs and we can expedite the efficiency. According to the knowledge and experiences we gain we will change our agile process as convenient as we feel.
