PECOS, N.M. (KRQE) – Earth Day is a chance to celebrate and help the planet. Communities around New Mexico are hosting events, and Pecos Canyon State Park is inviting residents to help clean the Pecos River and nearby roadway.
The event is set for Saturday, April 20 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Participants should meet at Our Lady of Guadalupe Abbey (16 Guadalupe Ln., Pecos, NM 87552).
