Hinata’s Paladin comrades gave her the reports after inspecting the Jura Tempest. Rimuru was planning to create a place where humans live in harmony with monsters, and Ritus conveyed this to Hinata. However, she couldn’t see Veldora because of the forbidden Sealed Cave. There was a potential civil war brewing above the Falmuth Kingdom. Also, the king sided with the eastern merchants, as Saare informed the Western Holy Church’s leader.
Their leader ordered Saare and Grenda to investigate this imminent war. She also revealed the Goddess Luminous’ message. Rimuru possessed control over Veldora, which made Hinata forbid his comrades from attacking him. Furthermore, she wished to talk things out with him rather than wage a war. Hinata also emphasized the Goddess’ words and claimed them to be the absolute judgment.
Meanwhile, an archbishop from the Western Holy Church, Reyhiem, interjected their meeting. Thus, the entire scene got intense, but Reyhiem and the clerics announced their intentions. They didn’t mean any harm and wanted to hear Reyhiem’s reports. Additionally, they repeated the grave consequences of the war and also talked about Rimuru’s spectacular feats. Everyone was expecting a peaceful message from the crystal ball. However, the slime challenged the Holy Church’s leader to a battle.
Hinata accepted the duel invitation, followed by receiving a sword called Dragonbuster from the clerics. They only mean good luck to her and her upcoming endeavors. Though her allies were against the idea, Hinata decided to go with her own decision. Meanwhile, Rimuru got the message that Hinata was approaching Jura Tempest to fight him. The slime couldn’t believe that his message about peaceful resolution didn’t work. The episode ended with Diablo unveiling the news of Reyhiem’s death, and Rimuru was left feeling confused about the entire situation.
