ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – In seemingly different incidents, authorities are looking into two deaths. Both deaths happened early Saturday morning.
1 a.m. NE shooting
The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) said reports came in just after 1 a.m. about a shooting near 525 San Pedro Drive NE. A man was found with a gunshot wound. He died, and homicide detectives are investigating.
3 a.m. Downtown shooting
Another shooting was reported two hours after the first incident. It happened near 608 Copper Ave NW, north of Central Avenue. Multiple shots were reported, and a deceased victim was discovered. Homicide detectives are looking into the case.
