The trailer for We Are Lady Parts Season 2 previews the return of the Peacock comedy following its universally acclaimed first season, which boasts a Certified Fresh score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The new installment consists of six episodes, all of which will be released in a binge drop on May 30. The story will follow the titular band as they come back with a renewed artistic mission. After the high of their first U.K. tour, they find a rival band that threatens the delicate status quo. And as the reality of chasing success settles in, Lady Parts embarks on recording their first album. They juggle personal ambitions and decide whether they really do want to make it big.

Who is in the cast of We Are Lady Parts?
The main cast includes Anjana Vasan, Sarah Kameela Impey, Juliette Motamed, Faith Omole, Lucie Shorthouse, Aiysha Hart, Zaqi Ismail, and Shobu Kapoor. Guest stars include Malala Yousafzai and Meera Syal.
It’s created and written by Nida Manzoor, who previously helmed the well-received comedy Polite Society. Manzoor also executive produces alongside Surian Fletcher-Jones, Tim Bevan, and Eric Fellner for Working Title Television (WTTV). It’s produced by John Pocock, and is Commissioned for Channel 4 by Charlie Perkins (Head of Comedy) and Laura Riseam (Commissioning Editor).
