18-year-old accused of shooting in downtown Albuquerque will stay behind bars

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man accused of shooting into a crowded downtown area will remain in police custody. According to police, 18-year-old Zane Katzenberger shot several times in downtown near 4th and Central last week. Police say one of the bullets hit a bystander. The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office says another person was injured as well.


Albuquerque man held behind bars on multiple charges

Police in the area arrested Katzenberger who they said was drunk at the time. A judge a greed to hold Katzenberger behind bars during the judicial process.
