Today, April 23, folk rock band The Head And The Heart have announced its North American headlining tour. The band will be joined by Phosphorescent, Michigander, Madison Cunningham and Houndmouth as support on select dates as the Seattle-based group traverses 14 states, performing 20 headlining shows.
Following previously announced festival appearances, the band’s initial headlining date will occur on July 10 at Val Air Ballroom in West Des Moines, Iowa. After they make their way out of the Midwest, The Head And The Heart will arrive in the Northeast, followed by a slate of East Coast dates. Prior to their arrival on the West Coast, they’ll perform shows in the Southern region of the U.S.
In mid-August, The Head And The Heart will triumphantly return to Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre—which they sold out for the seventh time in 2023—on August 12 and 13. Their final headlining show will be on August 20 at Bluestem Amphitheatre in Moorehead, Minn. Amid their action-packed summer, the band will also make a series of festival appearances, including The Capitol Groove Festival on June 30, Seattle’s Day in Day Out Festival on July 14, Minnesota Yacht Club on July 19, Outlandia on August 10, and Whale Rock Music & Arts Festival on September 14.
In the fall, The Head And The Heart will keep up the momentum by joining The Black Keys for their North American arena tour, which begins at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla., on Sept. 17 and concludes at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on Nov. 12.
