Turkey-Based Suvari Buy NEPI Otopeni Depot
NEPI Rockcastle sold the logistics property in Otopeni to a company owned by the owner of the Suvari stores. The value of the transaction is 5.75 million euros, the company’s representatives told Economica.net.
Last December, NEPI Rockcastle signed a sale-purchase agreement for the Otopeni Warehouse and Logistics company, which owns a warehouse in Otopeni. The buyer is River Property, and last month the transfer of the parties was completed, according to Official Gazette data.
River Property is owned by Ismail Coskun (20%), the largest shareholder, who also owns 60% of Suvari Ro, through which clothing items are sold in stores of the same name, according to the data released by Termene.ro platform. In 2022, Suvari RO had a turnover of 5.6 million lei and 21 employees.
“Otopeni Warehouse and Logistics S.R.L. owns a building with a net leasable area of 4,801 sq m, of which 3,227 sq m represented by the logistics warehouse and 1,574 sq m for offices, and the related land with an area of 14,807 sq m, located in Otopeni, Ilfov. The sale value of the property was 5.75 million euros. The transaction concerns only the warehouse in Otopeni”, NEPI Rockcastle representatives said.
This property, along with a 23,000 m2 warehouse in Râșnov, Brașov county, are the only logistics properties that the group owned in Romania.
